Order Processing:
Please note that order processing can take up to 3 business days. Once your order is processed, we will ship it promptly. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but we strive to ensure timely deliveries.

Shipping & Carriers:
We ship all orders through USPS or UPS, and you’ll receive tracking information once your package has been shipped. Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Damages:
In the unlikely event that your package is damaged during transit, we require that you record the damage immediately upon receipt of the package. Do not remove any tape from the box or open the package until you have documented the damage in detail. This will be necessary to file a claim with the carrier for any damages caused during shipping.

No Refunds or Returns:
